CC Silicone Tapered Flange Stoppers/Plugs

 

Tapered Flange Plugs, 600°F (powder coating, e-coating, anodizing, plating, painting, thermal spray, grit blasting)

Silicone tapered flange plugs (CC's) are recommended for powder coating, e-coating, anodizing and plating. Providing a concentric mask around a hole, these silicone masking aids are ideal for establishing grounding surfaces. They have also been used successfully to insulate wiring and wire harnesses (by clipping the end off the plug and feeding the wires through it).
Able to withstand temperatures of 600°F / 315°C, CC's are a unique solution to a challenging problem for many metal finishers.
